Sea Salts

Sea salt has some incredible properties - when we wanted to make bath salts, as always when we develop a new product, we began our research first with the goal in mind - a treatment to help manage dry skin and other skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

It turns out that sea salt is an excellent resource to use for these conditions, as opposed to epsom salts. To our sea salt base, we infused lavender and peppermint essential oils, and added a dash of rice bran oil as an extra moisturizer. To keep the oils emulsified in your bath water and add extra moisture, we add sunflower lecithin and xanthan gum, and add botanicals including banana extract to help soften skin.

When we tested these, we soaked, then did not apply a moisturizer afterwards and were shocked at how well they worked to keep dry skin at bay. We would definitely recommend adding this to your routine, along with our body oil or solid butter bars!

Packaged in a lovely jar, this our salts are as much a classic decor choice as it is a nourishing necessity for your skin. It can also be added to your favorite body oil to make your very own bespoke salt scrub.

Our sea salt soaks are currently offered in one light scent - classic lavender and peppermint.

INGREDIENTS (in order of weight) 
~ All-Natural and Palm-Oil Free ~
Sea salt, rice bran oil, sunflower lecithin, baking soda, citric acid, chamomile flowers, banana fruit extract, strawberry fruit extract, orange peel, xanthan gum and essential oils.

SIZE

Our salts are a generous 16 ounces by weight. Use one to two handfuls in a bath, and relax.
